Teddy
Bears and shichons make great pets, they are great for grooming,
dressing up, playing fetch, swimming and much more!
Both Shichons and Teddy Bears have the most awesome fur, nothing
like you have felt on a dog, so soft and floppy, and sooo
loving, shichons and Tedddy Bears are the best designer mix
out there.
Our Designer Teddy bears, and shichons
(zuchons), are 2nd and 3rd generation, They also have Mediterranean
bichon
and imperial shih tzu bloodlines.
Maisy our standard shichon dam was selected after researching
the genetic systems of the shichon breed, we are tiring to
provide the best hybrid vigor possible for the shichon breed
therefore needed some standard linage, masiy was chosen out
of hundreds of shichons researched at the time because of
her genetic background, she was picked up from a shichon ranch
out in southern California, she was chosen for several reasons,
her bloodline carried Reds (a red coloring that gets redder
as they grow) and Champaigns (white shichons with a bright
yellow gold spots) a rare and acclaimed trait. Strong genetic
coding in great facial structure, giving her the round teddy
bear face, and her baby doll eyes, as well as the unbeatable
standard health.
Rover
our Mediterranean Teddy Bear was bought from muchadoapoo,
a breeder out in woodlands Texas, because of the smaller size
in Mediterranean bichons, softer and curlier hair, champion
snout structure a (bit thinner), button eyes and long silkily
tail hair.
The
girls meni and freckles, are daughters of maisy and an imperial
named Rambo out in houston Texas, the imperial linage provides
the Ewoak features, smaller size and silky hair.
Teddy Bears are Bichon-Poo with Shihtzu, and Shi-chons Shih-tzu
with Bichon, just incase your wondering.

Zuchon/Shichon
are not "True Teddy Bears" The teddy bear is a
Bichon Frise/Poo - Shih Tzu cross.
The "Teddy Bear" and Zuchons (shichons) are not
a purebred dogs. They're a designer or hybrid dogs . Zuchon
is Half Bichon Frise and half Shih Tzu. These shichon designer
puppies are recognized as "Teddy Bears" but true
teddybears have bichon-poo. We have one Shichon and three
Teddy Bears with Eruo Linages.
This
Designer teddy bear breed is very affectionate, they were
first designed for the handicap, so they would flop in your
lap, and if you squeezed them a bit to hard they would just
lick you instead of nip you. And hence the teddy bear name
was given.
Just
as with many small dogs, they have Euro and domesticated linage,
most shichons are the most loving small dog you could possibly
get. Your shichon can live up to 20 years with proper care,
this is your companion, please do your homework before purchasing
a puppy of any breed. if your looking for a large dog please
try your nearest pound first.
